AFAIK, it is a home-grown utility by EDS. Thus, it will be properiatary. Hence, not available in public domain. Ask your peers. That is your best bet.

WAAPDSUT was developed starting in the late 1960s and it basically follows conventions of assembler language. In its day, it truely was a great utility, as it proceeded all other program utilities of this type, such as QuickJob, DYL and Eztrieve. One shop that I worked in had a very early version of this utility, and it was called BAAP930.

I have also heard that the the "WAA" prefix stood for "W"hat "A"n "A"mazing...., but I am not sure that this is actually true. (Not that it matters, and it is is a pretty cool explaination for the name)

If you are in an EDS shop, or a shop that has licensed EDS software, you should be able to find documentation.

I am told that the author was a guy named Dwight King. He must have been a pretty forward thinking person.
