Hello All

I need to encrypt a column of existing table in DB2.
That is when any query is fired on that table that like if i write SELECT * FROM TABLENAME, then the values retrieved for this encrypted columns should be shown as XXXXXXX.

Please share your thoughts to achieve this.

I search-engined with this:

encrypt a column in z/os db2

And got a Redbook, a Knowledge Centre article (from a DB2 manual), magazine articles, presentations, blogs.
