acceleuterio@gmail.com,

Quite simple.

1. Open the PDS in question in either browse or edit mode
2. Issue the command SRCHFOR at the command prompt and press ENTER. It will prompt you for the options which looks like this (Pay attention to the slash next to "Save output and Filter list". The result of the search is saved in Listing DSN: 'USERID.SRCHML.LIST' My search string is 'abcd'
Code:

Essssssssssssssssssssssss MEMBER LIST Srchfor Options ssssssssssssssssssssssssN
e DSLIST                                                                      e

acceleuterio@gmail.com,

well if you looked at the output dataset , you would have noticed the processing options it used

Code:
 PROCESS OPTIONS USED: ANYC NOPRTCC LMTO FMSTOP

Now use the same in Batch mode.
Code:

//SEARCH1 EXEC PGM=ISRSUPC,PARM=(SRCHCMP,'ANYC NOPRTCC LMTO FMSTOP')
//NEWDD   DD DISP=SHR,DSN=Your.pds.to.be.searched
//OUTDD   DD SYSOUT=*
//SYSIN   DD *
 SRCHFOR  'ABCD'
