Very nice utility. Indeed I managed to suppress the submit command in view or browse mode when I am in the member containing the JCL.

No idea where they reside but SUBmit is an ISPF command and probably cannot be altered - and should not be. You can create your own SUBmit command and store it in your own PDS concatenated to SYSEXEC. ...
