ok, had to stop by the HR folks to get an answer Smile They seem to be working extensively in MS Office !

select the rows in the column and Click,

data >> filter >> advanced filter > ...

This is really stupid. I need to remove duplicates in a column in excel. Does anybody know how to do it ?
There are lots of rows ... nobody sitting around me has an answer !
