please suggest me why i am getting this type of message whenever i will page up F7 or page down F8. here i am pasting message.

I think, TIP157 needs exclusive access (something like DISP=OLD) to the resource (dataset) that you are currently browsing. (Browsing? Because 'YOU HOLD SHR SYSDSN ENDVR.PROD.EDVTOOLS.TABLE')
