Hi,

I have the following task to do using File Manager in Batch.

I have PDS containing members of selection criteria templates created by the user in IBM File Manager tool. I have to use the PDS in the File Manager batch for the dataset and to copy selected records to the output dataset.

Thanks for your quick reply.

I have read the link, here it explains the copy processing for PDS to PDS however I am trying to copy from prouduction PRD1.VSML.BCMASTER VSAM file to test file TBA1.VSML.BCMASTER using selection criteria templates.

Does the TCIN option allow to include multiple template members saved in a PDS or not under DSC copy function, {FMNUSER.FMN.TEMPLATE(*) }?

Kolusu,

We could use SORT, however my requirement is that to use File Manager selection criterias' created by the testing team, we have to set up File Manager batch jobs for copy process using the File Manager criterias'.
