we should give notify=&sysuid in JCL Program
Well, My Question is you are login to one ID (i.e sss021) then in jcl we give notify=sss076 then What happend if we execute or submitt it?

Notify will be sent to the UserID mentioned in the Notify Parameter...

Code:

NOTIFY=&SYSUID will give the job submission notification to the userid who ever is submitting the job.


Say for example your id is sss021 and you logged on to TSO and if you give
Code:
NOTIFY=&SYSUID
and submit the JOB ,so you will be notified about the job.

If your team mate TSO id is sss076 and if you give
Code:
NOTIFY=SSS076
and you submit the job then your team mate will be notified about the job which you submit.Hope this helps.
