while promoting a package i am getting.

A previous request for this site has not completed

giving MAXXCC = 8.

You need to provide more details. You need to provide the Error message number instead of the error text. Are you running changeman?

while promoting a package i am getting the Promotion Alert window pops up with msg

After doing Selective promotion i got MAXXCC= 8

when i look into history the entry is

COUNT PROMOTION DATE TIME ID STATUS HISTORY
4 10 XXXXXXXXX 2007/07/26 07:26 XXXX FAILED Part Promote
