Sureshseetha,
INFOMAN or INFO/MAN stands for IBM's Information/Management which is a software problem, change and configuration management software. The z/VM version was withdrawn August 1996. But the z/OS version was renamed several times before becoming Tivoli Information Management for z/OS in July 2001.

Hi ,
Infoman is a tool by which you can access/resolve prod abends. Added to this you can also place some requests that you need to be run in prod environment.
If you are working in prod envrionment and needed to know more about how to use this tool in a better efficient way just mail me............ 8)
