Hi,
We are looking at converting thir party tools to IBM tools like ChangeMan/Endevor to IBM's SCLM, XPEDITOR to IBM Fault anlyser, File-Aid to IBM File manager and so on.
How difficult is this? Has anyone attempted this? What issues should we be aware of?What kind of testing we need to do?
Thanks.

Selva,
If you are planning to migrate to IBM tools then it will be wise to allow IBM handle the migration work. I have heard a few problems with the conversion of the Change management software from CA-Endeavor to IBM's SCLM as they always seem to receive patches to shore up some of the serious deficits of the SCLM product. And IBM is still fighting the battle of alleged theft of Compuware code in products such as File Manager 2.0 and Fault Analyzer.
In any case I would recommend that you contact IBM and request them for docs related to migration.
Hope this helps...
cheers
