A Google search shows similiar messages when using various utilities and platforms, but in our particular case at work, it's showing when running batch Xpediter.

Use version 04016F7E ( 7.50F) or later to avoid problems.
The error doesn't appear to be generated when executing a program that has actually been compiled into Xpediter, but in a program that is dynamically called within the system.
