My requirement is to submit the job in REXX one by one sequentially . I want to submit the job only the successful completion of my previous job. My environment have IOF and job goes to SAR after completion. What is the efficient and standard way of doing it?

Get your job to submit the next as the last step after successful execution.

Do you want to do it in your production LPAR or it's a one time testing requirement?

If it has to happen every day in PROD, suggest you do what expat has suggested. If that's not the case, you might submit the next job as the last step after successful execution, as Nic says. You may also consider to use INTRDR which will "automatically" SUBmit the next Job.
