You can specify in ISFPARMS using the ISFGRP macro an OWNER=parameter, as follows:
Code:

         ISFGRP ... OWNER=USERID|NONE


This allows a default for the OWNER command. This specification can be overridden by an authorized user using the OWNER command or the pull-down menu from the filter action bar.
