|
|
Hi All,
I am new to this site. I have searched the host, before creating new request.
We are planning to make our CICS application to be WEB enabled.
The following are the technologies we are using:
COBOL, CICS, MQ, HTML, DB2 and VSAM.
Our requirement is to make our CICS screen WEB enabled by using HTML as our frient-end and enter the data on web, instead of normal 3270 terminals.
Some one please refers me, the manual that explains with an example of my requirement.
If, some one helps with the detail procedure, we need to following. That will be great.
Thanks,
Bala |

You can web enabled your cics screen by using Microsoft Host Integration Server. Your frontend will use the COMTI Object which is the DFHCOMMAREA equivalent in CICS. |

Correction to my earlier post. Your frontend will use the COMTI Object to pass data to CICS program. |
