If u scan through the index of posts, you may find most of the topics' solutions could be found off the shelf from the manuals.
The author could have found the answer if he had scanned the manual himself.

So all i am suggesting is, can we have a General Message, (something as PINNED) on the Index Page and which is more visible (bold) , so that before posting a quetion, it will appear on the screen to the user.

Although there r links of manuals on the Home page, they r gone once u reach the Help Boards.
