Can anybody pls tell me how to recover a deleted file from SYSDA .....

What kind of file, when was it deleted, how do you backup your disks/datasets? These are all questions that depend upon your site standards and setup.
It is very possible that you can not recover the dataset - you need to talk to others in your shop.

say if I deleted PS fil. How can recover the file ?
