We just moved our headquarters from one city to another. Previously, we went to our TSO/ISPF menu to print a dataset and specified the number of prints desired, whether that was 1 or 10. It worked fine.

COMMAND ==>

HEADER ==> N (Y/N) Print header for each dataset.
EJECT ==> N (Y/N) Print header on separate page.
SEPARATOR ==> Y (Y/N) Print Separator page.
PAGES ==> : Start and end page numbers.
COLUMNS ==> : Start and end columns.
HEX ==> N (Y/N) Print output in hex.
FOLD ==> Fold output column.
COPIES ==> 10 Number of copies.

Enter required options and press ENTER to proceed.

In the new building, we have a new high-speed printer, and it works fine, but no matter how many copies of prints you specifiy, you only get one. Nothing has changed except the type of the printer. It's an IBM 4232. Sorry that I don't know ahead of time what information you may need to help me fix this issue. I have been branded as the "TSO expert" around here because I happen to know how to allocate a dataset, so there's no one around here to ask.

Thanks for any assistance you can give me.
