change upper case to lower case in jcl?

Every time I save my JCL, it changes my lower case letters to upper case. In this case, I wrote a job to ftp to another machine, and the password is case sensitive, must be lower case. Can I make my letter stay lower case? Is there a setting do to this?

Type CAPS OFF in ISPF edit before typing your lower case letters. They should remain as lower case when you edit/save.
