Here in a password field,insted of standard DARK characters i like to substitute them with ******* as and then the user types on screen.can somebody help me.

As semigeezer says, no go - this is not possible with the system - you are talking about functions that you see in the pc world, not host. This has also been discussed before, so try doing a search on the subject.
