Guys,

How does one open the files in the above folder? I mean what type of files are they? tried word,txt,zip....nothing worked.

Sreejith,

CA removed all of their product manuals from the FTP site long back. the files left over there are PTF related docs. If your shop has a valid license then you can download the manuals from the support site. check this link

Is the CA site id available on any of the telon panels? (just like the compuware site id which is available on one of the File-Aid Options panel)
