I am looking for a job change. I got an interview offer from AXA technologies. I would appreciate someone could throw light on this company. I am interested in onsite oppurtunity.

Hi Andy,
Congrats on the interview....
Axa is an awsome company..They are bascially into insurence.
I was working at AXA bangalore..I don't have any clue about
AXA Pune or the AXA office at North Carolina even though I know
two of them who work in the NC office.

I am from Chennai. I am a software engineer here in Chennai. I have got an offer from AXA tech Bangalore. Please give some details on AXA Tech Bangalore like work culture, Onsite oppurtunities, Work life balance, pay hikes etc etc.
I would really be grateful to you if you can give me these details at the earliest. Expecting your reply.
