Hi.

How to avoid a particular job-step in a production jcl ?say 5th job step. If it non -production i could have used either cond,restart or null statement.But i can't edit the production JCL.So how can we acheive it??

maverick05,

one option is to copy the desired steps using IEBEDIT and submit the job via Intrdr.

Check this link which explains in detail about IEBEDIT along with examples
