I always liked Sharon Tuttle's book -- but it's been out of print for 20 years. Try Amazon or Ebay. You can buy inexpensive used books at both and the worst that can happen is you waste $50 on 4 or 5 not-so-good books.

1. Assembler Language Programming, Systems/360 and 370 by Sharon K. Tuggle is a very good book.
