Hi all,
Is it possible to access clipboard information through rexx or any other program language.i.e. if i copy the string 'abcd' to my clipbord through <cntl+C> then is it possible to access that info in my program? Please let me know if we can. Also please provide a sample code.

thanks

bade_miya,

You CANNOT access Windows operating system clipboard. <CNTL+C> is a windows command and the contents are copied to the windows clipboard. You can access only the contents of ISPF clipboard. i.e use the edit macro commands like copy , cut ...

Copy Command

CUT command

Paste Command

Also you might want to check this

Hope this helps...

Cheers
