Hi all,
In our shop we use IMS DC to work with online screens.
I know the transaction name for one of the screens and also the program related to it.
But how can i find the Screen names (MOD formats) for that particular transaction or program.
Could any one please help me out.

Also, does anybody can provide me with the JCL which i can use to obtain the MFS format from the FORMAT (fmt LOAD LIBS).
i mean, Is there anything in IMS that can take the gen'd formats and turn
them back into MFS source code? _________________ Tx

Search for the "transaction name" in MFS source.
i hope ur shop maintains all the source of MFS in one PDS , just like CICS MAP source code or any other program source codes.
U will find the transaction name in one of the MID's . that will be ur screen.
From the second post , i think u came to know about the MFS source code in not available.
i think all shops use similar kind of naming convention. 8)
In our shop it is like this.
program : C8TDBILL transaction code: C8JBILL
The MOD name is C8OJBILL and MID name is C8IJBILL.
Find out naming conventions in ur shop. that should solve.
