hi i have three questions for u all how can i run jcl from another jcl??can i compile a program with out jcl??
and how can i create a pds in jcl??

There are already lots of questions in this forum which discusses on your topic. So, first try searching for those and if not successful, come back to us.

The answer for your questions are.
1. Yes. Search for INTRDR (or) look at the topic "Multiple jobs" posted couple of days back.

2. Yes. Goto option 4 in ISPF main panel and see whats there !!!.

3. Yes. For this you need to read the JCL manual. Search for "Directory block" in DCB.

Hmm.....I think I gave you everything !.

SEARCH: one of the most powerful commands (not only in mainframe).
of course there are others like Re-search

At the top of this page you will find a "search" button. click on that you will be able to search this board.
