Alright boys,
So, where's the forum for SMP/E problems ? After all, you're going to come across SMP/E sooner or later if you work on IBM Mainframes.... _________________ Cheers,

That's the baby.......wonderful application, but tricky.
If there are any systems programmers out there, then sooner or later they're going to hit a snag with SMP/E, which is why I think it would be a good idea to devote a part of the forum to it.
Just a suggestion like. _________________ Cheers,

Hi, Kenny!
As a sysprog myself, I like watching the site, picking up useful hints and tips and contributing. However, it seems to be mainly a resource for programmers and not much on the system side of things.
Regards,

Hi Bill,
I think you might be right, it looks to be a good site for application development guys & girls, and less of a sysprog hang out. Looks like IBMMAIN will still be the place to go for all that sysproggy stuff. _________________ Cheers,

I don't do system programming but would definitely like to see one forum for them since it sounds very interesting and also because we are trying to be one stop for MVS.

Bill and Kenny, there might be more SYSPROGs here than you think, at least I know now that there are at least three of us. I do not know the IBMMAIN site, could you post the addresss ? |

I think this is the link you seek. There is alot of discussion each day on a variety of topics (some of it straying from MVS). It doesn't seem to be organized into forums, but merely topic threads.
If you get registered, you can receive emails on each days activity.
CLick on this link http://bama.ua.edu/archives/ibm-main.html.
