Is it possible to do SQL select thru JCL?. If so, can any one please help me out in this.

JCL is not a programming language by itself. All you can do is to invoke any utilies like DSNTIAUL, BMCUTIL to unload a table. Search for these keywords in the DB2 forum - you will get lots of solutions
