Hello all,

Can I get some information regarding the use of macros.For now Iam using just to logon into mainframes after recording the logon procedure.

I want to explore on it more.

It sounds like you mean keystroke-playback macros. Functionality will vary based on the 3270 emulator you use. There should be online HELP available in the emulator.

I think kolusu is pointing you toward ISPF EDIT macros.

NOTE: Don't record your PASSWORD in the macro! Could be a cause for termination!
