Hi ,
I dont have mainframe connectivity.I wont be getting the connectivity for another month.But in the mean time I want to get a good hold on COBOL.
Can someone suggest a good compiler/IDE for installation on my Windows NT machine.It is better if it is free..

There are many links available for downloading COBOL if your use any Search engine like Google.Hope it helps.
