Could you please provide me any link or let me know,

what actually a "SYSGEN" is? and what is "SYSGEN Scheduleing".

A "SYSGEN" is a system generation - this is the way the different components of IMS are built or defined to the system, depending on the type of gen. Check the IMS link on the home page of this site and look for "Installation Volume 2: System Definition and Tailoring"
