Hi,
How can i write a symbolics to a file using a jcl utility (other than cobol program).

Since I can not pass symbolic params to COBOL-DB2 program, I would like to have them translated into a file before the program call, and pass them in SYSIN. If it is not possible to write symbolics into file using jcl, i'll use cobol to translate into a file, and pass the file in SYSIN of cobol-db2 program IKJEFT01.

Sarangadhar,

What are the symbolics you plan to pass? Show us a sample of what you want and may be we can suggest something.
