Can anybody tell me the diff between Endevor & Changeman
as I know both are version control tool

Endevor is good, Changeman is horrible - my personal opinion

Another vote here for Endevor. I've used both, and managed both... Endevor is well put together.

suppose an iterviewer asked u about the difference then what will be ur answer

If I hadn't used either then I would say so. If I'd only used one I'd say so. If I'd used both I would try and give an answer. You can only go on your own experience and it is that that you are being interviewed about - not someone elses experience (and prejudices). If you try and bull shit your way through an interview you will most likely be found out - and possibly fired. I had one interview where i said that 'I am not sure - but I can read the manual' and the guy then walked be through the construction of a nested select in SQL. I got the job - honesty pays.
