i answer myself:
Code:

EXEC CICS ASSIGN TCTUALENG (TCTUA-LENGTH)
END-EXEC.
IF  TCTUA-LENGTH LESS THAN 56
    MOVE 'KO'               TO ......
    GO TO BYEBYE.
EXEC CICS ADDRESS TCTUA(ADDRESS OF TCTUA-AREA)
END-EXEC.

or
Code:

EXEC CICS INQUIRE TERMINAL     (ZTERMID)
                  NATURE       (ZTERMID-NATURE)
                  DEVICE       (ZTERMID-DEVICE)
                  REMOTESYSTEM (ZTERMID-REMSYS)
                  USERAREA     (ZTERMID-TCTUAPTR)
                  USERAREALEN  (ZTERMID-TCTUALEN)
END-EXEC.
SET ADDRESS OF TCTUA-AREA   TO ZTERMID-TCTUAPTR.
