It is in control blocks that are internal to the system. One of the MVS diagnosis manuals probably has details, but you can get to the information through the GQSCAN macro, ISPF's QUERYENQ service, the D GRS console command, and numerous homegrown (and probably CBT) programs, all if which use GQSCAN.
