Is IKJEFT01 is used for up the CICS region,
i guess the above utiliy wil creates thread between sub system , right
How many modes we can up the CICS region.
if any body have the code please drop here.

IKJEFT01 is TSO - not a utility (unless you regard TSO as being a utility) _________________ Utility and Program control cards are NOT, repeat NOT, JCL. |

To be fair - we start and stop regions via TSO/ISPF but by having panels that submit jobs to actually do it. _________________ Utility and Program control cards are NOT, repeat NOT, JCL. |

I agree with Kolusu,
I am working in production monitoring system one of batch jcl will up the CICS region.This is last job in Batch cycle.

You are running a batch job that executes IKJEFT01 to bring up your CICS regions - is that correct?
If so, there will be a SYSTSIN dd which will point to the code that does it. _________________ Utility and Program control cards are NOT, repeat NOT, JCL. |
