IKJEFT01 is TSO - not a utility (unless you regard TSO as being a utility)

To be fair - we start and stop regions via TSO/ISPF but by having panels that submit jobs to actually do it.

You are running a batch job that executes IKJEFT01 to bring up your CICS regions - is that correct?

If so, there will be a SYSTSIN dd which will point to the code that does it.
