Hi All,

I have five flat files (Physical sequential). My requirement is to create an excel workbook with five work sheets with data from flat files like,

First sheet with data from flat file 1,
Second sheet with data from flat file 2 and so on.

Thanks in advance,
Ramanan R

Redrose,

Concatenate all files together and send it as 1 txt file. Then code the following macro in excel and create multiple work sheets. The macro shows how to split the file based on the no: of rows

Hi Kolusu,

Tried using above macro in excel. But it's getting stopped at FileNum = FreeFile(). If you've tried above macro or have some comments to avoid this error then please suggest me.
