|
|
Hi all,
Please help me out on these ...
1)Navigation Services: How does a Mainframe system provide navigation through the different functionalities of an application? Is it something coded in the application or provided through libraries from the OS?
2)Error Handling Services: How do Mainframe systems provide error handling? Is it directly managed within the business logic or OS or both? Is there any framework provided by the OS?
3)Logging Services: How does Mainframe provide logging services? Is there a difference between application and system log?
Thanks,
Deepesh |

Dear Manas
I assume that your PDF file is very valuable to all of us! Would you be that kind (providing the author of that document permits) and publish it in this forum so all of us could benefit.
Thanks

Hi all,
The PDF file is nothing but a IBM redbook on MVS System Programming. You can find it at -
http://www.redbooks.ibm.com/redbooks/pdfs/sg245597.pdf
This is the 1st volume of the series. After you have done with this, you can start with the subsequent volumes.
Regards,
Manas |
