Hi All,

I am using Ezt programs to match 2 files and put into the 3rd file. But the same we can do using SPLICE utility of ICETOOL.

Can any body comments on the performance of ICETOOL vs EZT for a large file having more than a Million of records?

- which is faster?
- different trade offs.

i have to give a presentation on ICETOOL so if anybody can share ppt on that then it'll be highly helpful for me.

ICETOOL is faster compared to EZT.
You can go thru the DFSORT manual in the Quick Manuals link to prepare PPT.
