Can any body help me to know what is Connect Direct and Dump Master and why do we use them ? Can anybody share some information / material for these two ?

Dumpmaster is a product (from Macro4) that stores and manages dumps for you, you do not need IPCS knowledge to use it, you can do a lot with point and shoot fields.
