Kappurajesh,

Please state your level of experience when asking simple and basic interview questions. It gives us an opinion about the poster. we had a poster by name Mcmillan who was here asking stupid questions and it seems that he is teaching mainframes. That is scary !! I pity the students who learn from him. I just don't want to help another mcmillan. I would also like to know where you are getting trained.

Thanks,

Kolusu

Ditto Ofer.

What the hell do they teach these people?

Get all your answers from the Internet - 101???
Don't read the f***ing manual???

When I was a trainee sysprog and had to work out how to do something, I got to ask one question from the senior sysprog. He was quite emphatic that I didn't waste that question and instructed me to read the manual first and then ask for help if I still needed it.

Remember, if you ask someone they might be wrong or give you misleading information but the manual should always be correct.
