I have a problem with SDSF SR (System requests) option in z/OS 1.7.
After cancelling some pages of messages I got:
ISF101E SDSF internal error occurred in module ISFYMCS, reason code 124.
Additional information: amrf, 00000010, 00001001
Now I can't view SR requests.

Can anybody help?
Thanks in advance

Log off and log on again, if the problem persists, you will need to talk to your sysprogs.

It is not a good advice. The problem persists. I checked that only IPL helps ...

Which is why I said that you should speak to your sysprogs - they are the ones responsible for installing and maintaining SDSF.

As posted by Taltyman, in another forum, as an answer to your problem.
would be nice if you would keep all your questions up to date.

Check apar OA16101 as it sounds like it may be close to what you are seeing. Have you installed any maintenance yet since this PTF was available last year?

PROBLEM SUMMARY:
************************************************** **************
* USERS AFFECTED: All z/OS 1.7 and above environments where *
* the SDSF System Request (SR) command is *
* used. *
* *
************************************************** **************
* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: ABEND0C4 in module CNZM1QPR. *
* *
************************************************** **************
* RECOMMENDATION: Apply the appropriate PTF. *

************************************************** **************

An SDSF SR (System Request) command may generate an ISF101E
message followed by an ABEND0C4 at offset +'2F4'x into module
CNZM1QPR (HBB7720).
