Can any one provide me a solution for the error message:
*DFS0929I BLDL FAILED FOR MEMBER --VDSSUB10
VDSSUB10 is a logical IMS database
I am running a COBOL-IMS-DB program.

Hello gore,

I have never worked in IMS,

This is what i found in the IMS Messages & Codes book

A BLDL was issued for the named member.
The member was not found in the DBD or PSB library.
Message DFS0929I is issued prior to this abend.

So from the message it is found that it is not able to find the VDSSUB10 database in the loadlib.
