Is there any way to transmit a VSAM file from one region to other? We don

You could repro it to a flat file and xmit that across and then rebuild it. You could also look at adrdssu.

Currently we are following this only, but I will be happy if there is a way through which I can transfer directly.

Another product that can transfer VSAM is NetView FTP. See if you have any datasets named SYS1.DVG.* or SYS1.SDVG*
