Hi all,

I need to add a new volume . How can I check what volume be defined by SMS and How to define it ?

You need to add a new volume to the SMS pool? Or do you need a new volume for your dataset? Usually only someone in the system group can define volumes and change SMS. If you are authorized you can look in ISMF, but you should have guidance here, otherwise you can mess up the whole system. I would recommend that you contact your system group.

I need to add a new volume to the SMS pool and I am authorized to do it on testing system.

you should use ISMF.
