relation between sql-id and tso-id

Hi all,

When I grant AUTH to public,that means all sql-di can access this resource.
But when I access table use tso-id,which sysibm(table) should I refer to decide what sql-id I use to access table,or other information can I find?
I am confused about the relationship bewteen them.

When you attach to DB2, for instance for the execution of a dynamic SQL statement, a DB2 exit DSN3
