Doing a Custompac install of z/OS 1.8

Now I have done these before with no problems. (for 1.6).
What happened is that I was kinda sorta but not totally following the dialog method of doing things, I went through the steps to make sure I had all the proper logical and physical volume layouts and that none of the volumes were overallocated.

So then I went through the files (the CPP files) and got the ALLOCDS and RESTORE jobs, put them into my own JCL library, and ran them. Allocated all the datasets successfully (with the alias high level qualifier), then read in the NINETY tapes. (3480's... what can I say)

So all the datasets got created and the dialog let me go all the way to the Install step, the last step that it says creates all the jcl, etc.

But then it got tweaked out. Since I didn't run the RESTORE and ALLOCDS under the dialog covers, it now thinks all the volumes are overallocated.
Then it put me back so that the farthest I can go is the (M) Modify system layout panels.

Does anybody know what I can tweak to make him realize the volumes are OK?

I ETR'd it and got a reply. (I had already figured it out anywaze. Just set the "Initialize volume" field to Y and he will ignore preexisting datasets)
