Hi,

Currently we use DB2 V7 and wanted to Migrate to DB2 V9. If some one had done these kind of activity please let me know what all I need to take care before starting migration and if some one faced any problem in these kind of Migration please provide me those informations also.

ravi.alpha,

AFAIK you cannot directly go to version 9. If you want to migrate to DB2 9, then first you need to migrate to Version 8 and to New Function Mode.

Also I suggest that you go thru this

Migration to DB2 9 for z/OS
