Hi,

At our shop we have DB2 which is purely used for reporting. Now the objective is to replace it with Oracle with Dataware house architecture. We need to collect few statistics. They are

1) How many times a table is acccessed by any SQL query per day.
2) How many times a column is reported by any SQL query per day.

Is there any place where these statistics are stored?

Please let me know.

Vijaykrishna,

You need to set up your tables as auditable to able to find as to who is accessing the data.You need to alter your table definition to audit the statistics. check this link which explains in detail about auditing
